
Creamy Million-Dollar Chicken Delight. Recept
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup softened cream cheese
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Sear the chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, combine cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
Add Parmesan and thyme, letting the sauce cook and thicken for about 3 minutes.
Place the cooked chicken back into the skillet and coat it generously with the creamy sauce.
Let everything simmer together for another 2–3 minutes. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
Serve hot alongside steamed veggies or a bed of rice for a rich and satisfying meal.
